STEP 1

The customize process begins with a consultation with our specialist in our showroom. Let us know about your style, personality, budget, story, ideas and the most important - what do you want.

If you have no idea, don’t worry, our experienced jewellery artist will collect inspiration from what you told us and help you find what suits you the best.

find Your Favorite Stone

STEP 2

You can choose your favorite stone from us. As a professional jeweller, we offer a wide range of gemstones from reliable gem company such as GIA.

Strictly supervised by our GIA certified diamond experts and colored stones experts, we ensure the quality of gemstones. If needed, we also provide GIA, GUILD, GRS and other third-party laboratory certificates for high value gemstones.

You can also bring your own gemstone or jewellery to us to give your precious a brand-new look. We will give a proper measurement and examination on the gemstones..

visualize your unique design

STEP 3

As soon as the design concept was accepted, we will do sketches or concept 3D renderings to visualize your unique design from different angles, so you could have a clear idea of what your design look like.

Then tell us how you feel about it and we will adjust all the details until it fits your needs perfectly.

bring your inspiration to life

STEP 4

Once the design has been finalized, we will working on to bring your unique piece to life. PurpleMay has always valued craftsmanship and insisted on traditional hand-made process, with strict standards for details and quality.

The production will normally takes 7-14 business days depending on the complexity of the design. Finally, your beautifully finished pieces will be thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team, before getting packaged for delivery.
