All PurpleMay pieces are crafted in 18K gold, with some designs available in 14K gold, and set with natural gemstones. High-value stones such as diamonds, sapphires, and emeralds are carefully selected and expertly set to ensure both comfort and lasting wear.
We offer one complimentary ring resizing service (excluding certain special designs), and necklace length can be customized to your preference. If you’re unsure about your size, please contact us for a professional ring sizing guide.
In-stock items are usually shipped within 3–5 business days, while custom pieces take around 10–12 business days. We provide worldwide shipping, with costs and delivery times varying by destination. All orders come with elegant gift packaging.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days, provided the item is in its original condition and not affecting resale. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.
